Launched in 1997, Cammach is a dynamic, progressive engineering service company with an established reputation for quality, reliability and customer care.

Cammach provides a wide range of products and engineering services to onshore, offshore and marine industries, on a global scale.

The driving force behind the Cammach Group is its two founders - managing director, Bill Barclay, and director, Graeme Matthew.

Both are former students of Robert Gordon Institute of Technology - now The Robert Gordon University.

Detecting a market gap, they launched the Cammach Group in a former schoolhouse in the village of Cammachmore, near Aberdeen. The initial aim was to provide a comprehensive range of engineering services to support offshore drilling, production and marine facilities, with an accent on HVAC services.

First-year turnover was £250,000, but the company has expanded rapidly. Over the past four years turnover has increased from £1million to £4.8million.

Cammach now has 20 permanent staff operating from its East Tullos HQ, with a further pool of 30 site and offshore engineering staff operating on a contract basis.
